- Original tags attached
- Original packaging
- Defective or damaged items

### ❌ NOT Eligible:
- Sale items (final sale)
- Underwear and swimwear
- Accessories (earrings, masks)
- Gift cards
- Items worn or washed

**Step 2:** Choose items to return and reason
**Step 3:** Print return label (fee may apply)
**Step 4:** Pack items securely
**Step 5:** Drop off at shipping carrier
